Are your products NDIS approved?
Yes, all of our products are NDIS claimable. At checkout, simply select NDIS as your payment method. You’ll receive a quote invoice by email to forward to your plan manager. Once payment is received, we’ll ship your order within 2–5 business days.
What ages are these products suitable for?
Most products are designed for children aged 3 years and up, but many are also helpful for teens and adults. Always check the product Size & Specs tab for details and supervise younger children with weighted or small items.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched quickly from our Brisbane warehouse. Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way. If you’re nearby, you can also select Pick Up at checkout to collect your order directly from our warehouse.
What is your returns policy?
