Shop with Your NDIS Funding

Many of our sensory and therapy products may be claimable through self-managed or plan-managed NDIS funds, where they are written into your plan as a reasonable and necessary support. Not sure if your plan covers sensory tools? Check with your plan manager or OT first, and feel free to reach out to us if you need help.

NDIS Order FAQs

I just placed an order and got a “Thank You” page. What happens now?

That means your order is confirmed and paid. Next step is to claim reimbursement using your invoice or receipt.

How do I claim if I am self managed?

You can submit a payment request using the my NDIS app or portal. You can upload an invoice or receipt when you make the claim.

How do I claim if I am plan managed?

Email your plan manager your paid invoice or receipt and request reimbursement. Plan managers should submit the claim promptly and reimburse you once funded.

How long do reimbursements take?

Self managed claims are typically paid into your bank account after a valid claim is submitted.

For plan managed, the NDIA expects plan managers to submit within 5 business days of receiving a valid invoice, and reimburse within 2 business days after they receive payment.

What documents do I need?

A valid tax invoice or receipt that shows you have paid, so you can submit a correct claim.

Can NDIA managed participants use this checkout method?

Usually no. NDIA managed supports are typically paid through the NDIA system rather than out of pocket reimbursement. If you are unsure, check with your support coordinator or plan manager, or contact us.
