Returns Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Jovari Lane. If you encounter any issues, please follow the guidelines below to initiate a return or exchange. 

For all return inquiries, contact us at jovarilane@gmail.com with your name and order/ invoice number so we can assist you promptly. 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged product, please email us a photo of the item along with your order details. 
  • If an item is missing from your order, notify us with your name and order/invoice number. 
  • These claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your package. 
  • We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible. 
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an alternative product of similar value or issue a refund. 

Defective Products

  • Some products include a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 12 months. 
  • If a product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will facilitate a repair or replacement. 
  • Damage resulting from improper use or handling is not covered under warranty. 
  • If an item needs to be returned for assessment, Jovari Lane will cover shipping costs both ways. 
  • If a repair is not feasible, we will offer a replacement. 

Exchanges 

  • Please choose carefully, as we do not offer exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect selections. 
  • If you wish to exchange an item, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. 
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and shipping fees for the new item. 
  • Exchanged items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and packaged properly to prevent damage. 
  • Damaged or improperly packaged items will not be eligible for exchange. 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once the packaging has been opened: 

  • Lycra Bed Sheets, bedding, body socks 
  • Oral motor tools, including chewable necklaces, bracelets that have been opened 
  • Cutlery and drinking accessories that have been opened.  
  • Brushes, including toothbrushes  
  • Theraputty 

Return Instructions 

All returns must include a copy of the return docket provided by our sales team and be sent to the designated return address.
